Dissapearance of posts and threads on two occasions is a problem I have experienced, as well as the database errors which I'm sure you're aware of.

right, those unfortunately were the result of doing a server xfers. basically you take a snapshot of the database, upload it and when you switch to the new server you lose whatever happened after the snapshot. However the data can be merged at a later point, which we did the first time, I don't think we did it the second time, or at least not yet. Of course after a couple of days some posts/threads would be outdated.

I haven't spoken with matt about that. we may stay on the current server until after the draft.

Hey, the errors are getting much better....much appreciated. Thought I'd bring to your attention that the "new post" button has disappeared. Just happened a little earlier.

Also, as you can see, posts are being placed in the wrong order.

thanks for the heads up. by now the forum time is fixed and that is why you see a certain disorder in the posts today.

Bill, from what I've heard, the log in issues have been resolved, the correct time has been synched, but from personal experience, it looks like the avatar uploading issue continues to result in an "invalid file" message- at least for me. Are you guys still aware that there's a problem or is it just me? Thanx

I just haven't had time to update our list, but yeah the avatar problem is still on our list. It might not be fixed until after the draft.

im still having problems logging in it wont recognize my password and im on a brand new computer so i doubt its a cookie issue.

Cookie issues have nothing to do with the age of the computer. It is code shared between two computers to remember things like passwords, and preferences, etc. You need to clear your cookie and cache and then try again. This has worked for everyone else.
