Tailgate week 4, Phins vs Patriots?

Hi, I am a Dolphin fan from Denmark, and I will be coming to Miami on holliday beginning october.
I got my hands on two tickets for the MNF game on Oct. 4 and hope this will be the best time of my life.

But besides seeing our beloved team beat the patsy's, I would love to experience a tailgate party, something we do not have here in Europe, so I'm not entirely sure what it exactly is or what to expect.
Problem 1: getting my grill on the plane
Problem 2: not knowing anybody in Miami.

Is it possible to just blend in and have a great time before the game with other fans, or is it all so organized that two people just coming with a case of beer and a bottle of something are left on the sideline?

Glad to see another Scandinavian Dolphin fan here. I am originally from Helsingborg, Sweden but have been living in Florida for the past 12 years. We got season tickets and tailgate at every game ;-)
