Miami Dolphins 2011 Madden Player Ratings

Dansby is faster than a 79, more like a 84. He's a converted safety. His 40 is the mid 4.5's. Also, Bess is very, very underrated. But my biggest problem is with Edds. With the ratings they currently have on him, not only is he currently unuseable, but he's not even developmental. They have his speed at 73, with 66 accel, and 61 strength. He runs a 4.6. He should be close to 80, and his accel should be in the 80 range as well. Also, though not as serious, Misi is stronger than 66. The guy started as a DT for a few games. Sometimes I wonder if the people who rate the players watch any game tape, or even look at combine stats.

This game shouldn't be called Madden, it should be called JETden

The fins ratings are confusing. Why is Jared Odrick rated so low? Why are Ronnie and Ricky's catch rating sooo low (Cobbs isn't even on the roster)? They have Hilliard's hands rated better??? Makes no sense to me.

No surprises at all. You have to understand that all Madden does, is go off of what last years rankings were and then fills in any blanks with what hype is going on during the summer. Since the Jets are one of the most over-hyped teams ever and that signed a bunch of “name” players, they are going to get the better rankings. If the Jets somehow acquired Tebow they would just be ranked 100 in everything and be the greatest Madden Team Ever!!!
Plus I’ve been playing Madden since the beginning and I don’t think that has been anything more than a decent Dolphins team ever. The funniest thing was when last years Maddens came out and even though the Dolphins were the AFC East champs the previous year we were the 3rd best team in the division.
