Take the Hall of Fame career easily. Rings doesn't make you great. A ring just means you played on a damn good team.

Dickey Simpkins has three rings. Charles Barkley has zero.

LeBron goes down as one of the five greatest NBA superstars with or without a ring. This league hasn't seen anything like him.

His size and athleticism combined with a complete game. It's incredible to watch. Jordan didn't have the complete game like LeBron does. Jordan is the greatest offensive player in league history. But LeBron is a better passer and a better rebounder and right there with Jordan defensively.

He gave cleveland 7 hard years, honored his contract, brought excited to the city and economic boost but at some point you have to move on to bigger and better things, and that was too a dynasty in the making the miami heat. ohhh so that's where this goes, b/c thre qucikest guard in the league crossed him over once and it's a famous hbighlight as if Iverson wouldn't do that to lebron too.

Hey LeBron "earned" it as he earned making it as far as 6 games into the ultimate series last season. No question the 2 best teams made the big dance. Compare that to the mediocre in-season 09 jest who if not for the kindness and charity of strangers, would have been sitting home munching tacos while watching the post season. Hell, playing 12 post season games to get into the finals in 06-07 with the personnel equivalent that compares unfavorably even to the 09 jest, Lebron with less managed to take his team further.
