You know with all this defeatist talk about sitting Henne down and replacing him with someone with less than an historic 30% chance of beating a good "Penny Prevent D", let's turn the table and start demanding that on the basis of his production we sit Henning down if he doesn't call a decent game Sunday night.
We don't have to strip him of his ceremonial OC title, but quietly delegate play calling to Lee. With the weapons and arm we have, I don't know that we can afford to wait til season's end to relieve Henning of his duties.

I find Henning's play-calling so far this season boring and conservative just like the rest of you, but can we PLEASE wait until we lose a game before spewing all this negativity towards him? Same goes for Henne. At least then we can blame one or the other or both for a LOSS, as opposed to an "almost-loss."
Agree with both of you 100%. I find it funny that fans call for his head or the talking heads do, but henne meets all of bills requirments for a nfl ready qb. Not to mention they liked him over matt ryan in the draft.

If David Lee can utilize all the weapons Miami has better than that idiot Henning, I'm all for it. Miami cannot continue to play uber-conservative and put the game on the defenses shoulders. Henning does not understand the concept of going out there and stepping on a team's throat when they're down. When the score is out of reach, that's when you roll out the conservative run approach.
