Ronnie just hasn't been as productive as I thought he would be. There's not much to choose from FA's and Waivers. I'm in a 12 man league and everyone's a scavenger. I hate to drop him, but I'm on the fence. Thoughts/advice is greatly appreciated.

For who? I'd grab him if he were available in my 12 team league. You might be able to work a trade.
