Houstons pass D has been absolutely terrible all year and Mcnabb hasn't looked that great. Go with Garrard.
garrard without a doubt. as joe fitz stated, houstons secondary has been awful this year, and garrard is coming off his best game prob in his career.
mcnabb has struggled mightily, does not have many weapons, and is playing a tough defense vs the eagles.

I originally had McNabb as my backup but just picked up Garrard with the same thought you guys had about Houstons pass D...thanks guys
I would have played McNabb against the Eagles. First off he is comming off getting benched and he wants to toast his former team.. Sounds like he will go all out to prove he is still the man in Philly..
Just my .02 cents.
I would go with Garrard.
Has to be Garrard considering what he has done this season against awful passing D's.
