That game seriously made me break controllers when I was a kid. To this day, I've yet to play anything as difficult as that game...

I always called Battletoads the ultimate test of hand-eye coordination. Me and my cousins would be on this game for days trying to get passed the car levels (playing 2 players, 1 person would always mess it up lol). I don't think we spent more time on any NES game outside of maybe Mario 1 and 3, and Contra.

Wow cool thread, anyone remeber skitchin' was on Sega..Game was so dope..My cousin and I used to rent it and crack out on it.
Was a hard game too.
Zelda series, and Ghosts and Goblins is the all time favorite for nes. Doom came later if you consider that old school.
