It is a good speech, and Ray Lewis is an excellent motivator. He's led men of all ages for 16 years playing for Baltimore and has inspired many people in doing so.
Michael Irvin is a great motivator as well. Who cares if they're former Canes? Listen to the words. There is emotion behind them, a true emotion. These men are grateful for the opportunities they have received and the accomplishments they have achieved, and they are willing to pass on stories of their successes to hopefully motivate other people to achieve their dreams.
