I would take the MJD trade. Thing is: U have MJD with Johnson and so you lose Fitz, u still have Wayne, S. Johnson and now Floyd. Harvin ain't bad either. I would do it if I were you.
The trade for MJD looks good. It's hard to trade away CJ right now though. He should still have a good year statistically. Not a bad trade if you do, but it'll be hard to rely on Tolbert and Plax every week. Pairing MJD with CJ would be a nice one-two punch. And Hernandez is an upgrade over Olsen.
