Trade: Accept or Decline!? Need help.

I have an offer for Jason Campbell and Green-Ellis for Vick and Marshawn Lynch... It is a 14 team league, so rosters are short of "stars" to say the least. The guy offering the trade took Vick early, my primary QB is Josh Freeman (which I am happy with, but hate to pass on Vick when he is going to have a couple of 40 point games this year).

So Yes or No?

RB J. Best
RB D. McFadden
WR A. Johnson
WR B. Marshall
TE O. Daniels
WR/RB Green Ellis

I was going to pick Vick as my #1 pick but decided against it because of his injuries. That really concerned me then and still does. I wouldn´t pick him to be my primary QB.
