I liked it. Randy Marsh is my favorite character in that show.

Oh yeah. Randy and Mr. Garrison are the two funniest characters on that whole show. They need more episodes centered around Garrison. Those are always the best ones. Remember the 300 episode?

I didn't know what this was until today. Gonna be one of those episodes where I don't get any of the references and have to do some looking around so I can figure out why it's funny. Kinda like the Whale Wars episode. Never heard of that show until South Park ripped it.

EDIT: Well I did some YouTube video watching and I'm still in disbelief that this is an actual thing. The most shocking aspect of all that is that someone would actually plow that mom enough to get her pregnant that many times.
