Possible Classaction Suit Against Tony Sparano

I would like some legal advice if there are any lawyer finfans out there? I would like to sue Tony Sparano for purposely trying to damage the future of our franchise. He has to be held accountable for actions that are destroying our franchise for years to come.

It has to be obvious by now that he is trying to keep us from getting the #1 overall pick so the next front office and coaching staff will not make him look so bad, by having a good QB. These actions are causing me personal stress, and depression, and affecting my personal finances (I have had to already pay for two different TVs that got broken by remotes flying through the front of them).

If enough of us sign on to this class action suit, then maybe he will realize he is going to be held accountable for his actions and understand his only job is to get us as good a draft pick as is humanly possible.
