Would you reach for a quarterback then? I mean, if we have the 2nd pick overall and Barkley is not declaring, what will you use it on? We have trouble at RT and Kalil can fix that...

I like Landry Jones, but I'm not sure if he's a Top 5 draftee, then again I didn't think Christian Ponder was a early first round draft pick and he looks pretty good..

You dont pick a RT #2 overall. In that scenario that we are 2 and Barkley stays in school. I would pick the next best QB, absolutely reach for one. Either that, or trade down, acquire 2 first round picks and you take Weeden with one of those.
