I will say that Miami Outright at 15/1 is probably the best value bet on the board.
Safest bet is Florida State Outright at 2/1.

$500 on Miami at 15/1
$500 on FSU at 2/1
I either end up with $7500 for the Miami win or a $1000 for the FSU win.
Canes beat the spread. Well at least I didn't lose everything to this game.
