It looks to me that Rex understands that Sanchez is simply a limited QB. However, he can't come out and say that since they invested a first round pick for him. It seems as if he is torn on doing what it takes to win and protected the franchise's image by not admitting they took Sanchez a few rounds too early. I'd prefer Rex just stick with Sanchez because he has some delusional idea that he is a good QB, but this is the next best scenario...

Why are you worried about Sanchez? Your team is in last place and has holes throughout its roster. You will have a new coach and possibly GM. Your owner is "Dumb and Dumber." Worry about your team. Laugh all you want about Sanchez. The truth is he has more playoff wins the past 2 years than Miami has in the past 15. Duh!

The phins will have a new coach next year.

Sanchez has more playoff victories than the phins have had in 15 years.

Hate all you want on Sanchez but the guy has done well in NY. Sure he makes bad decision sometimes a lot more than most QBs in the NFL but he has won when it mattered. One of these days he will put it all together and will be a great QB in this league and in this division for a long time to come.
You can get upset about the Dumb and Dumber comment but that is about it.
