Joe Philbin has been hired as head coach and now it is time for him to assemble his staff. No word on which current staff members will be retained or who Philbin might hire to fill certain positions. As they happen, this PDF file you can download, will update with the new coaching staff this season.

Philbin said he was a west coast system guy,and wants to be explosive so whichever OC hebrings in should be able to do this

Just for the record Philbin said we will be a spread offense, thats different from a WCO.
