I would assume its DL assistant but wonder why the article seems to make it out as a lucrative position.

I don't know many of these new names, but some new blood was definitely needed around here.
    Sounds promising.
Yep, and I'm still holding out hope that one new blood will be a GM to replace Ireland.

It looks as if the article has changed. Now stating Tampa Bay and omitted the part about Miami and the CFL being a natural fit.

its odd being in awe of typically all of the moves the Dolphins have been making under Philbin.......very strange
I think some of his hires are quite awesome like Sherman but many are gushing over relative unknowns basically because its all new to us. The one hire I love is Sherman, the wr coach seems like a good hire , I think Coyle deserves a shot but in reality i dont think he is a hire that resonates that he is an awesome hire. I think its like draft picks and free agents we always seem to see good in them at first

Looks like we are doing a nice job grabbing players/coaches from Canada. You figure there has to be some pretty nice and overlooked talent up there. The CFL has had guys like Warren Moon, Flutie, Theisman, etc., and sometimes you grab a really nice guy like Cameron Wake.

Theisman was not overlooked. Flutie not totally but we were in a different era of CFL football where it was actually in competition with the NFL for players . Hell the CFl stole away quite a few top draft picks years ago. Now the CFL is not even close to being in competition with the NFL except for their practice squad players. Not a knock just the facts. In fact most players would rather be on an NFL practice squad because they could make more money than the cfl. The Cfl's minimum salary is 40,000 a practice squad player could make 80,000 if he stayed on all year and would definately have a better chance of making an NFL roster.

Warren Moon was overlooked , Wake wasnt, he got cut and for two years no team came calling , he went to Canada improved his game and then got notice. The Wake story is quite an aberration though, its almost a Kurt Warner story

It originally said Miami, but they have since changed. That is a pretty big error for a newspaper to print.
