Yeah, I'm sure you'll be right back among the elite now that the circus has died down and you have Rex Ryan and Mark Sanchez to carry you back to the playoffs.
Rex & Mark did win 4 playoff games which is 4 more than Miami from 2001-current

Who cares? It is a couple of playoff wins! You know who makes a big deal about a couple playoff wins? Fans of mediocre teams that have had no championships to root for and yes that includes Dolphin fans!

Exactly so continuing to bring up a couple playoff victories from a couple years ago is pointless. Just as pointless as the homers on here that get all giddy over the perfect season that 95% of them weren't even alive for. The present is both teams are losers debating which one is the better loser is like being the one kid on the short bus not licking the windows.

So you're still the same team that you were back then lol?

That was fresh when players were buying Mark Sanchez and Rex's system.

This isn't the case any longer.

    FYI

if we give the QB some weapons yes we can be as good or at least a playoff team again.

    P. Manning made a terrible decision and threw back across his body against a defense known for creating turnovers. Lets not act like this is the first time he has made terrible decisions and cost his team in the post season remember the Superbowl pick 6? Peyton is better in the regular season but Eli is one of the best post season QBs of our time!
im not saying peytons been great in the postseason by any means, he has not. his performance deff goes downhill for the most part in the postseason.

However, from this past weekends game,as i said, although he did make a terrible mistake throwing that int in ot, if moore does not totally blow the coverage on that td to jones, ot never happens and peyton, despite not being spectacular by any means in the regular time, would have been playing in the afc championship game.

when all is set and done, unless eli improves his play significantly throughout the final 5 plus years of his career, peyton will no doubt be remembered as the better qb of the 2.

eli we all know has 2 superbowls under his belt, but hes got to start getting to the postseason consistently and playing like an elite qb consistently, not just in certain situations

Will Tom Brady win another Super Bowl now that Eli Manning isn't there to ruin his day?

Yeap. Probably had little to do with Eli's high QB rating and damn near 300 yards passing.

Not Eli's fault that Tom is intimidated by him.
