    if you want to take away all the advantages under the law married couples get, then maybe this point would make sense. Because as of now, its blatantly incorrect.
    I could see if this gets made a federal case over equality the Supreme Court could rule all marriage benefits are void. Married couples, gay or strait in California, cannot be provided benefits under law over unmarried couples. But most likely the ruling would be marriage cannot be a requirement and any two adults can form a household parternship. But no household multi-partnership corporations as everybody knows polygamy is wrong.
