    The simple reason the Dolphins did not hire a QB coach is because they want to show Manning he can sign here and not be pressured into having a QB coach he does not know/like. I feel they want him to have some say in who his QB coach is to entice him to sign here.
    I kind of doubt one has to do with the other.

    Guys.. come on, Pennington has said it time and time again. He does not plan on coaching at the nfl level any time soon! Jesus i swear there should be a sticky around here somewhere.

    with Mike Sherman's experience as a head coach, having both jobs shouldn't be too big for him
