Pennington needs to make a buck. I have no problem with him helping Sancheez with the playbook.
The poor play calling and bad execution will have nothing to do with Pennington when the season starts.
Any chance noodle arm sabotages Sancheez so that he can reenact Sparano's glorious 2008 season?

I don't know why people are ticked by this. We have a new hc, oc, and probably a new qb in the next month or so, and the old play book will be out of date. I expect a lot of changes and miami's plays may be completely foreign in the 12 season. We won't be running the sparano of fence anymore, but the jets will be. If anything, it will help our defense a lot more.
People might be more feeling like Pennington is a "traitor" b/c he was last a Dolphin and is now helping the Jets again. I personally don't feel this way but others might

People want to dump on Sanchez but he really didnt play as awful as people act on this board. He does need to improve for sure but every year he has got slightly better. He did reallt struggle down the stretch. He was playing at a high level up until his final three games which he was bad in. His last three games he threw 7 interceptions. This will be a pivotal year for him and if he played bad of course Henne as backup might be a challenege to him but the same would be true for Moore who is already in danger of losing his starting spot after playing well last year

    I honestly feel less...anything...than I thought I would.

I always felt like he was just a hired mercenary. He was always a Jets player and we hired him when he got dumped for a little while and that was that.

Just like Junior Seau was always a Charger and we 'hired' him for a few years. No big deal. What he does after he leaves us (like Junior went to the Pats)...meh who cares.

Sparano's playbook is as thick as a pamphlet. Why does Sanchez need help?
Because, being a celebrity/cover boy is a lot of work and leaves little time for "reading".

Having seen this, I wouldn't doubt it if they get Henne up there. He'd definitely push Sanchez for the starting job and will problably even beat him out.

Although the Jets then would have a whole new set of problems with him at QB.

Pennington might teach Sancheez a little about QBing ... BUT ....

He can't teach him to get his head out of his ash ... that's his problem!! Henne too!!

    Thus, so what!!

its not just this board , starting from the jets players to football commentators to fans all around the country, we all know what sanchez is, there is no reason to sugar coat him. he is mediocre qb on a good team at best. you wont see the ravens ,cowboys, pats, bills, chargers, packers, panthers, .....i could go on, bringing in a qb to push their starting qb.
