Theres a Hungry Bear on 34 NW and 72 AVE that has a pulse. The owner yells out orders to his staff and they repeat/yell back to confirm. This guy will take your order from across a packed house and be ready when he comes at you. Had a guy in front of me once on the cell. Owner asked him 3 times what he wanted on his sub before the owner put anything it and told him you can either take that way or take a walk- priceless.
