Philbin is the new Cam Cameron

He has certainly failed forward fast.

Just like Cam he gets rid of a playmaker WR right off the get go (welker). Wants to bring in his guy Flynn (Cam brought Trent Green).

Good News, we only had one year (and one win) before we brought in Ireland/Parcells to fix it..... Wait, oh crap, it didn't get better

These coaches and GMs think they have it all figured out. They have their 300 page books on how to run an organization like it is some crazy equation that needs to be figured out. Come on guys its not hard. Find good football players, replace bad players with better players, repeat until you have a good team.

You don't trade your best player, most skilled player, most difficult match up player, and win more games.

Remind me??? How many playoff games did we play with Marshall on the roster. Good ball player but this move does not make a heck of a difference. We save some cash and draft a player or two.
