How is this going to work? Rex is pretty much as un-Evangelical Christian as any head coach can be. The man has sexual fetishes out in the open, cusses more than he smiles, and has no issues getting into screaming matches with opposing players/fans. How is he going to relate to Tebow? With a locker room that is already on shaky ground, adding this to it is a risky proposition. Maybe they are hoping his personality rubs off on some of the guys there or something...

1st - Mike Glennon, QB (After Trade down to pick up extra 2nd)
2nd - Shane Skov - MLB
2nd - Da'Rick Rogers, WR
3rd - Zac Dysert, QB (yep I did take another QB)
Two of those moves were last year, an 8-8 dysfunctional mess considering the talent on that team. Sure I'd take the playoff wins, but the recent direction can't be very comforting.
