I wanted to incorporate elements of both logos, so I used the sun & body shape of the old with the detail of the new minus the navy.

I do like the color of the old aqua better than the current. But using the current aqua for highlights is just genius. I would say you submit this to the Dolphins and see what they think.

I like that alot Glads. Could you make the same helmet only with the Dolphin not coming completly through the ring, ala the 72 logo?

Here's the one I did. I didn't make the dolphin logo, found that on the web and combined it with the 72 ring. I like your coloring much better.

Yes! Yes! YES!! I remember seeing a Madden error with Ronnie Brown doing the wildcat and they used a logo similar to this. Do it Ross!!!!

The OP isn't bad. I love the new colors, and the attitude in the face. My only problem is how the ring is tilted, and thin on the right side and thick on the left. That looks terrible, but I like everything else if it was balanced.
