NFL net now saying the Vikes will pass on Kalil. If he is there at 8, do you take him with the value that's there? Our line would be in kick butt mode with the two T's and Pouncey coming up at C........but the QB issue would still be unresolved.

I have feeling we are going to have a Quinn/Ginn repeat with Tannehill.

I hope DeCastro goes to Minn. and Kuechly goes to TB or Jax. Those are probably ireland's 2 favorite playpretties.

Then Tannehill should be a lock for us.

Or not. he would probably reach for 2nd rounder fletcher cox since he loves them mississippi corn-fed acorns.
Ryan Tannehill. Ah, what a relief. Life is good.

Year 1 successful QB's are rare as hell. Take a look back at all the great Qb's in the last 15 or so years. With that said, what's the difference if we select Tannehill and have Moore start all season, or go with Moore all season and draft another Qb next year, we aren't going to the superbowl this year, then you are throwing a rookie into the mix next year, and more then likely, his name would not be Matt Barkley.

Tannehill played arguably the best OL in college. Many of his OL are going to be drafted.
He has 2 RB who also will be drafted
He also had 2 decent WR

Yet managed to go 0-7 against ranked teams

Crazy thing is every one of the draft guys had him at the 2nd rd as a developmental qb for yr or 2 .....before he broke his leg. breaking a leg made him a top 10 pick

If Tannehill turns out to be like Quinn, that would be a good thing
