He traded down 5 spots and didnt miss out on any potention WR prospects if we were targeting one. We could still get one of the WR's we value in rd 4. Adams, McNutt, Criner, Hilton, Givins, Toon, Jones, and the 2 WRs from Miami are all still available. Thats 9 players that can last 18 spots (ATM) until our 4th round pick We will have a few of these on the board at 4 to choose from. He would have been an idiot trading up when we were reported to be trying when we were 2 picks from being on the clock. We made a good move and picked up a 6th rounder where we can use for drafting depth either at a position for our new defensive scheme, or a backup linemen where we are thin.

Those remaining wr are just ok. Nothing spectacular. Im a scout, so i know some but in no means an expert. All i have to say of being a dolphin fan for 40yrs is ireland sucks. I would rather have them sign plaxico just to get through this season. Maybe we go 0-16 and get the first pick and get robert woods next year from usc. He is better then all the wr in this years draft. He will be either 1 or 2 in the draft next year.

Your post makes it seem like you are mad that we didnt pick a WR in the 3rd. Those are all WRs that were available in the 3rd, other than Sanu, which would have been a nice pick, but is very hyped up on this board. If they are nothing spectacular, there should be no reason you are calling out Ireland and Ross given the solid draft we are having at the moment.
