A bunch of future contracts have been given out, and the salary cap page says Miami is now 16 million over.
Only the 53 man roster counts against the cap. The players who get future contracts are not listed against the cap, unless they make the roster after camp/pre-season.
Is that true, then why is it listed Miami is 16 million over?

It's the top 51, not top 53. I don't have the time to add up all the top 51 players' cap #s but I have faith in Clump & Muck that they did it right & that we're $16M over.
