Domestic What is in my water?

Every year the city of Miami sends its residents information about what is in Miami Dade tap water. Over 40 known containment's were found. While the levels were within in federal limits it is disturbing any amount of these chemicals are allowed in drinking water. You know like a little arsenic wont hurt ya. Lots of pesticides fertilizers and industrial chemicals. I found a water filtration system that works really well in removing these pollutants. The filters are larger than most other filters, the outer shell is made of coconut while the inner shell is compacted high grade carbon. You get about a year of filtration out of these filters. Consumer reports gave excellent ratings for filtration. A few different models to choose from. Between radiated water from Fukashima and the trash patches forming in the ocean more and more water is becoming polluted.

until the next jackass flushes their toilet and they cant afford to regulate or force people to have to pay huge sums of money to have non toxic drinking water LOL..i want to know that this article is true though.not doubting it,just being skeptical.i would run some tests on the water myself before i drank it.

these news articles these days are usually 90% BS or are great propaganda pieces.

In south Florida, they used to burn the garbage(including batteries, construction materials and chemicals) in out door incinetarors and the smoke and ash used to settle in the everglades. Plus there was a rocket motor plant west of Miami in the 60's. It used to be called Areo Jet. Lots of toxic rocket fuel and other yummy stuff dumped into the swamp. Even without the pollution, there are metals and compounds leached from under ground pipes.
Don't drink the water from your faucet..trust me.
