Stern is right when he says that any of the top teams who had the best chance at getting the No.1 pick, someone somewhere would've complained the NBA was fixed.

May not be the best system but I don't know how else you do it. The NBA is so star centric that half the league would be racing to the bottom every year there was a Shaq, Duncan, Oden, or Lebron type. We already have enough tanking as it is.
