But dont let me scare you off, for all my bitching i do feel more flexible and my upper back feels great. No real pain except for some soreness, despite the MMA style beatdown that the actions seem to have resembled. Was only half a visit(exam and what not took up the other half) and to early to recommend it, but i plan to keep going.

I've always suspected I gave myself a slight hernia in my lower back doing dead lifts in high school. Mainly it's fine as long as I don't stand in one place for more than 10 minutes.

The trick is to use all back, no legs.

Will keep posting about it. I have no doubt i wont lack for stories on the subject. And more seriously, you might consider going to a Pain Management specialist and talk to them about your back. Have worked with one the past year and it has worked wonders. Steroid injections have had the best results in my case. I believe football players get them during the week before a game when they suffer from similar injuries. Nothing intimidating about it at all, they just giant needles and charged wires.

Let me preface this by saying my girlfriend is a massage therapist and she can dig in there with the best of them but I was working a month in Taiwan last year and decided after two weeks of 12+ hours a day standing on the plant floor running experiments that my back was all twisted up and I needed a massage.

I go to this little dude in a respectable parlor (not the 10 dollar sucky sucky kind because my back really was ef'ed up) and this little ****er I swear was a long lost flying Wallendas. Holly **** is all I have to say about that massage, in the long run after the bruising subsided my back felt awesome but goddamn what a painful experience and it didn't help he spoke "no goo Engwish.

Never saw it, but there definitely neck snaps. Woke up sore as a mother****er, especially in the neck/shoulder area. Trouble looking to the left...and practically injured myself running away from whatever the **** TheWalrus posted. And dont even have words to describe 9954's video.
