That I am a douchebag I knew already. But what is this 'reputation' thing based on? When I click on the posts listed I don't see any 'thanks/no thanks'.

If the little green bar turns red you know you have reached full on douchebag status. See that little thing that looks like a scale under your thanks/no thanks. That is a rep button, you can approve or disapprove of a users comment but there are some checks in place to ensure you cannot run up a specific users rep or run it down for that matter. Once you give a user a positive or negative rep it will tell you you need to spread the love around before being able to rep the prior user again.

You used to be able to get to your "settings" through the username at the top of the screen but that has been removed for some reason. The fastest way I have found to get to your posts that have received a good or bad reputation is the following:

Top of screen under the join VIP tab is a forum actions tab. Click it, then click "general settings". This will take you to the settings --> general settings page in your user profile. Near the top left of the screen under the forum tab there will be a "settings" click it and it will take you to the screen where you can see your posts that have received a reputation.

Thanks. I have found where I can give a reputation but I have no green bar. I did found the section with the individual posts in the settings.
Next to my Thanks/No Thanks I have an arrow to see the Thanks/NoThanks and below is nothing. Not that important. I was just wondering.
