We're prorating stats now? What planet are you on where that makes any semblance of logical sense?

9tds just become 18 and that's the metric you use? How about the actual stat? Less tds, less post season games, less (read, none) hardware.

Lest anyone think there's a shred of non-homer-viewing objectivity: To say it's a "leap of faith" that one guy who only qualified once legitimately to get into the postseason in 4 years is gonna replicate his stats, or face some of the same dead team walkiings or choking kickers again, let alone even ever sniff the playoffs again, actually insults even the most devout leap-worthy believers.

As for flip flopping you battle with FH and TGG about Sanchez's completion percentage being meaningless because its bad yet you try and compare Flacco's completion percentage because it's favorable to Sanchez. Never mind Flacco has actually been in the playoffs each year he has been in the league and has actually won an AFCCG.

I don't worry about comp % but the average fan like you does and I posted it for your benefit. Where did I say mark was better b/c of comp %? where did I say he was better strictly b/c of the superior #s? I didn't, obviously reading comprehension is a sore spot just like understanding football.

I'd rather have anyone than 2012 Mark Sanchez but all things equal things are different and mark has been a better postseason QB than Joe Flacco.

per game sanchez is better, Flacco now has twice as many games so his accumulated #s will be better. The portating makes it more apples to apples.
