If Matt Barkley is availiable next year, we have to take him.. with the top 5 pick

Looks like we are going to have a top 5 draft pick, next year. I don't see us winning more than 4 games next year. I love Ryan Tannehill to death, but I just don't think he's good. I beleive Matt Barkley is a better quarterback. If he's availiable we need to take him next year. He's going to have a great year, next year with USC. If another QB is better than Barkley, next year, we need to pick him. As long as we pick a QB, with the top 5 draft pick next year. I just don't see Tannehill becoming a good QB. Let's put it this way, he never be as good as former Giants QB, Jeff Hosteller.
