Why does that make him weird? He probably grew up without a mother father figure and his grandma is all he has.. aint no shame in that. some of us arent blessed with a luxury of always having your family around. Honestly he looked depressed that he was leaving as if he didnt wanna go. I mean if he was static to pack his bags and leave i doubt he would have asked who he got traded for? Im guessing he asked for the simple fact that he wanted to see what his value was to the dolphins. kudos for the way ireland handled it with him. vontae's voice seemed to crackle as he said he was gonna call his grandma.. sad day in dolphins history but we gotta move on now and hope theres brighter days coming for the miami dolphins
