I may be way off base here but I really feel as though Parcells pulled a number on this organization - he took something like $20 million, hired his New Haven State buddy to coach (who has brought his amazing leadership skills to the Jets offense - I am enjoying this part of the whole thing at least) so why should we have faith in his hand-picked GM?

Look at the Packers roster. Full of playmakers. Ted Thompson wasnt in year 5 with 1 offensive playmaker (that he didnt even draft) and 1 defensive playmaker.
