Does anyone have any helpful hints or tips? I've been clean for a little over a week. I have been drinking exclusively water but just took a at home test and feel fairly ****ed. It's for a internship so it could be worse, but I'd like to pass.Thanks

I'm confused, is this a take-home test or are they going to monitor you? There's a couple ways to beat the take home test, but if it's a live run it's a lot more tricky.
Unfortunately dude, if it's the latter there's no sure way to do this. First off, go to your local head-shop. Ask if they have anything you can ingest that helps beat piss-tests, I forget the brand but a buddy of mine supposedly passed a testa few years back using something from a local head-shop. Second, drinking water is good, but working out in addition to that is even better. Thirdly, don't kill yourself by over-drinking, but if you're going to be drinking so much water, it's going to dilute your creatine levels and raise a red-flag. To counteract that, eat red-meat leading up to the test.
If you don't feel all that is enough, here's what I'd recommend. Find a Visine bottle, empty it, & fill it with bleach. Before you're about to be monitored to be tested, pour some of the bleach on your hand/fingers & hope it stays on long enough so you can get a couple drops to drip into your test.

If it's a take-home test, those are much easier. There's a number of ways of doing that which are all over google.
