No fine.... I believe with this officiating crew he'll be called for holding and penalized 5yds and an automatic 1st down.
That was bad. Belichick should have known better. It was a FG. If the ball is kicked higher than the posts, then only a part of the ball has to cross over a part of the goal post. I think it was pretty clear that it was a FG.
