I seriously think many people on here hope we suck JUST so Ireland can be fired. Give the guy some credit....a lot of his picks are starting to show signs of blossoming. Jones, Martin, Jerry, Smith, Hartline, and MOST importantly Tannehill! Throw in how well Carroll looked last week starting, getting contributions from Randall,Vernon, and Miller. If these guys continue to come on then Ireland is showing an ability to draft talent. Instead you will choose to focus on Egnew. I would rather see Ireland's choices pan out and keep him then see his choices bust and set the franchise back just to replace him. IMO Ireland has earned a reprieve at this point based on how his choices are starting to pan out!! Let it go people.

I don't understand this video. I mean why now. Yea, I've also been critical of Jeff but if this team keeps playing better and better throughout the the season, why would any rational person make this video. Unless you have blinders on and see things only one way. I believe in what the other posters stated. He gets more time if only because he drafted what may be the best QB since Dan.

The answer to your question is that simply put, some people are losers. They foster irrational hate towards people they don't know, and regardless of what positives their team displays, they are emotionally invested in that hate. So they keep hating.

The NFL isn't the NBA kids. Parity is legislated. In football, you build through the draft and make smart acquisitions and build an organization. Now that we have cornerstones at 2 important "positions" (qb, head coach), the rest of the guys Ireland brought in are looking much better. Momentum is carrying us, and the future is going to be alot of fun.

So in conclusion, don't be a loser. The people who made this video...losers. Thankfully, the people running OUR organization are NOT.

I'm not gonna crown the coach and QB after 5 games. I still remember people calling Chad Henne "the guy", and referring to the FO as the "trifecta." Not gonna let that happen again. They need to show me they can get it done on a regular basis.
