    I'm sure you wouldn't. It's police brutality & it's unconstitutional.

The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures, along with requiring any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause.

Meh. They had probable cause. Sounded to me like some officers doing an outstanding job cleaning up our streets.

Its bull****, bleeding heart liberal, propaganda like this that is causing more problems for our officers than they already have. All it does is make their jobs way more difficult.

Nice job posting this nonsense Michael Moore. Im sure he paid the kid, told him what to do, and set the whole thing up. Hell, its probably not even cops on the audio. Wheres the video at?

    BOOM!

Told you bitches. It wasnt Michael Moore, just a wanna be Michael Moore. Whole thing was a set up. The Kid and the Stepfather should both be arrested and serving time right now for baiting police, purposely enciting them, making them look bad, and wasting their time when they couldve been somewhere preventing or solving other crime. The whole thing was premeditated.

So they thought it was a good idea to make this kid look like a drug dealer and demonstrate that the police would do a solid job in catching him? Make him give a bunch of smart ass answers and demonstrate the police are tough on punks? Well done dip****s.

    Boom nothing.

"The 16-year-old behind a controversial stop-and-frisk audiotape released Tuesday got the idea to make the recording from his stepfather"

In what world does finally smarting up and recording your harassment after you've been getting harassed constantly constitute a set-up? The fact is he got stopped unlawfully, as well as forcibly searched for no other reason than being a minority youth walking down the street. Unless all that needs to constitute you as a drug-dealer now is to be a minority youth walking down the street. No one forced those cops to act the way they did, no one forced that cop to threaten to break the kid's arm. Those cops abused their power & they shouldn't be trusted to serve and protect the people.

"The Nation," has prompted outrage from many city officials, including Councilman Robert Jackson, who called for an investigation during Wednesday's hearing. "It’s despicable, totally unacceptable,” he railed. “It should not be tolerated in our NYPD."
