It's not bad team artwork. I don't mind that aspect of it. I couldn't see this being used as the actual team's logo though.
People also like to criticize this logo like they could do better. Personally, I can't even color inside the lines, so good job.

Not a huge fan of that logo, but I'll say this: There's no bear on the Bears logo either.
Packers, Bears, Giants, Chiefs, Bengals, Steelers, Colts, Titans, Cowboys, Saints, 49ers.
