It will never happen...ever. Lets move on and think of the draft.

I would rather draft a stud receiver and build our receiving core organically. That's how the good teams do it. If Hartline continues his ascent in this system (like I knew he would), he could be a great 2. That would mean our 1-4 (stud 1st round WR, Hartline, Bess, Matthews) would be all players we brought into the league and developed.

Paying for someone else's studs will cost us $10m+ per year.

would rather have Jennings… knows coach/system/playbook… and more importantly, how to win.
But we're running Mike Sherman's offense, which came over from Texas A&M. It is not the same offense. When Matt Flynn signed with Seattle it was pointed out that the Seahawks actually run an offense more similar to Green Bay's than Miami does.

That said, give me Greg Jennings every day and twice on Sunday.
Me say come, Mister Fisher man, show me da contract
Daylight come and Jake Long go home

An' it's six mil, seven mil, eight mil bunch
Daylight come and Jake Long go home

The good thing with Greg is that he knows the offense. He and Tannehill could have a field day with Hartline on the other side and Bess in the slot.

Be afraid, Brady. Be very afraid!

I just try to be myself, whatever that is. I don't think about how I'll be remembered. I just want to be consistent over a long period of time. That's what the great players do.

As much as I like Greg Jennings, are we really going to want to pay him or anybody else for that matter? I'd much rather draft a WR early and keep all or FA's than lose a Randy Starks, Sean Smith or Jake Long because we burned a bunch of money on WR.

He got that 80+ yarder for a TD early in the game and nothing much after this. I think their OC, Todd Haley, has some splaining to do.
