    Which WR do you prefer???

    1. Jennings: Perfect WCO fit. Injury concern ... so maybe cheap.
    2. Bowe: Proven #1. Suspect WCO fit. Attitude Problem. May cost 3rd pick too.
    3. Wallace: Vertical Threat. Suspect WCO fit. Pittsburgh might not let him go.
... and maybe our old friend Welker

I prefer proven FA WRs, because draft bust rate for WR are high and it takes time WR to adjust Pro. But,
    4. Keenan Allen
    5. Justin Hunter
    or Woods

    Who you like most?

Jennings and draft. Not fussed on Bowe, seems to have issues we don't really need.

Mike Wallace by far. He's a great vertical threat and he has good enough route running to really extend his route tree. He'd be a big mismatch.

    1.Mike Wallace
    2.Keenan Allen
    3.Greg Jennings/Dwayne Bowe
    5.Justin Hunter

In that order. I'm not feeling Woods.

Mike Wallace, Keenan Allen, Stedman Bailey. Does that get anyone else hot and bothered?

I'll draft one high regardless of what I'd do in FA/trade, but I wouldn't expect him to be a stud out of the gates. How's Justin Blackmon doing? Maybe by the 2nd or 3rd year you can expect better performance out of a stud WR you draft.

If you are ready to contend (and we should definitely be next year with several peaking players), you can't wait for your shiny new WR to develop. Yes, I believe in developing our own players, but you have to do that while filling holes for the present as well. You just need the right guy to come available. Marshall was not that guy. Bowe may not be either.
