Is ****ing annoying. Seriously, I like the dude's draft analysis and feel he is usually the best guy to watch pre draft as far as being right about most players, but I cant take watching these Thursday night games anymore because of him.
I cant do it. Im not watching the 2nd half tonight now. I cant take it. He's the ****ing worst when it comes to color commentary. I mean, he does a good job of breaking down the plays and all, its just he needs to END IT there.
Every god damned play he has to go on this huge speal about the player, how he ranks him overall, you practically get the guys entire bio. Dude, just describe the play, how it happened, what was the key to it, who made the big block etc etc... I dont need you to tell me a guys entire career stats, season stats, when he was drafted, how good you think he is compared to everyone else at his position, and any of that other ****.
If you want to throw in a "what a great player he is, or what a throw, or this guy is as good as there is in the league" thats understandable. Just keep it to something short and sweet. Analyze the action bro. Break down the play. Stop pretending youre doing draft analysis while youre supposed to be the game analyst.
I wont watch the Thursday night games the rest of the year aside from Phins vs Bills. If there is a big game vs two good teams I may watch without sound or something. I cant ****ing deal with Mayock anymore. If they ever put Gus Johnson with him as the play by play guy, id shove a really long nail into my ears.
