When I saw it. I thought it would be a fluke wind thing but that is legitimate.
When I was in HS we had a kicker with a strong enough leg to make a kick like that. But in our state the rules for missed FGs essentially made it like a punt if it went through the end zone so we would routinely try 55-60+ yard FGs and never make them but the other team would always get the ball on the 20 and not where the ball was placed for the kick.

WOW, I'm sure some pro kickers wish they could do that.
In highschool they use a 1 inch kicking tee. That's why the higschool field goal record is much longer than the nfl. Still very impressive for a game tying field goal
