Draft Updated 2013 draft post Colts game.

Pretty much how it goes after that pathetic display of defense-
    1. WR
    2. S
    2. CB
    2. MLB (Trade 3rd, 5th, and 7th for a 2nd)
    3.TE
    4.WR
    6.DT
    6.BPA

Let that sorry excuse Sean Smith walk away when we asks for too much. Keep Hartline, keep Starks, and at this point, I'm considering letting Jake Long walk. Is he injured again? Looked like crap today.

If we let Jake Long walk, we can find an average LT or draft one haha...Just pathetic. We've known that our secondary would suck. Why didn't we do anything about it?

I agree that we need a couple of corners. But too spend our 4 top picks on just that is ridiculous. Reshad's a keeper btw we don't need another strong safety. Draft a corner like Milliner in the first and draft Amerson in the 2nd or 3rd. the remaining 2nd and 3rd round picks should go towards getting us a big wide receiver target for Tannehill, and getting a solid Guard.

Oh and I honestly think we should just rest Long for the rest of the year and let recuperate to his normal state. But I guess it's a blessing in disguise, he sucks this year, so we can sign him for cheaper in the offseason.

The way Long has been playing thusfar, based on performance this year, should not warrant a max contract. If thats what his agent is pushing for, let him walk. Use the money allotted for him to try and pry away Mike Wallace from the Steelers (a primary need this offseason).

Shift Martin to LT and draft a RT in the 2nd (Fluker?).

Id go with (signing M. Wallace and letting Jake Walk). Would also try and sign Jared Cook as TE in offseason:
1 DE (would be very tempting to draft Keenan Allen if available here)
    2 CB
2 RT (shift Martin to LT)
    3 SS
    3 WR
    4 BPA @ G, LB
    5 BPA @ G, LB

As things sit right now I'd say it's like this:

    1st level priority:

    IMPACT WR
    SHUTDOWN CB
    IMPACT TE

    2ND LEVEL

    PASS RUSHER
    LB

This was our first chance since the season opener to view our defense against an above average quarterback. We looked good against the Mark Sanchez's of the world, but this game shows that we need another elite pass rusher to compete against the Tom Brady's. That alone would help solve the secondary issues. Yes, we still need a corner. We definitely still need an impact receiver. But this draft is loaded with pass rushers and that's what the Dolphins need first and foremost. Go with the strength of the draft.
