Nope, they're looking to get the regulations done in November. You guys are ****ed either way. They'll have to go through a lot of red tape to undo the damage.

I actually think that energy policy is -- or should be -- the real issue in this election. I guess it just doesn't get people excited enough.

Interesting that I live in a blue state and I was in and out of the voting center within 20 minutes. Waited in line maybe 3 minutes...

If I could take your pain and frame it, and hang it on my wall,
maybe you would never have to hurt again...

Most interesting is the Prop 501 in Washington State. Legalizes pot but institutes a driving while under the influence of weed. Reports are that it will pass. Cancer patients are screwed if the get pulled over.

And I'll go ahead and call Hawaii for Obama.

I was at my voting center at 6:30 am today, and there were only 80-100 people ahead of me. Once they stated letting people vote at 7:00 am, I finally cast my ballot at 8:30am. It took an hour and a half for 80-100 people to vote in my precinct, which is one of the largest in Orlando. By the time I had voted an walked out of the building around 8:30am, the line was at least 300-400 people long and many more that were parking miles away were flocking in. I bet many of those people are still in line, and its soooo wrong that my state wont allow more voting locations, and my state also cut the early voting days in half. Its a complete mess in Orlando. I dont expect the Florida results to be certified for quite some time.

I cant say with any certainty without actually looking into it, but from what you described it doesnt sound any different than drinking and driving. Its perfectly legal to drink at home or a bar but you cant drive afterwards.

Going out on a limb and calling Texas a win for Romney. After all, he promised not to let UN troops invade their state....unlike Obama who secretly plans to.

I will remember you TeddSlimmJr and Spesh, after we win it all, I'll just sit back and laugh with fond memories of my superior football IQ.

Yeah... they are "scrambling" to comply with output levels passed by president Bush in 1990...lol..coal is on the (temporary) way out regardless of who is elected... too dirty/poisonous/environmentally harmful to extract with current technologies...
