Well, personally, I don't really know where I stand on Constitutional Law right now. Yes, some of the opinions I've read by Justice Scalia make my skin crawl, but overall I just don't know what to think yet.

Was in Clinic in the morning jumped out to vote after lunch.
First time ever in my life voting for a Democrat. It won't matter since I live in a red state but oh well.
In regards to the Energy Question.
I wonder if the coal plants can get retrofitted to burn natural gas.
I saw an Economist article in the summer that said the US has more Natural Gas than it can store. It is causing the price to plummet and small extractors to go out of business because they can't sell their product.
Anyway back to the office where I will be putting in long hours. Unlike some of our hardworking republican friends that are sipping Cognac and watch Lawn Chess after they took the day off. I cannot afford that luxury.
It is amazing that the same group of people that call CNN biased, call Fox News fair and balanced.

In short, with my basic understanding, no... biomass vs. gas... the scrubbers cost 10x as much as the coal boilers... it is complicated... there may be a war on coal, but the war is being waged by a market that has reduced its viability...

Hrd to know anything for sure, but it seems like Dem turnout is lower than the polls predicted and Republican turnout is a little higher. If thats the case, Gillespie is probably right.
