Mitt's speech was very short and rushed. Probably took everything in him to hold it together. His eyes did look a little red. Has to feel like a serious kick in the nuts.
So this one feels a lot like 2004 only in reverse. In that one, the Donkeys were severely overconfident that Kerry had Bush beat and they ended up losing Ohio, Florida, and the whole thing. Same thing happened here only it was the Elephants who were certain they would win but ended up losing, but the popular vote was still close at last glance. I will definitely pay attention to that count.
